Junamoon beds are made to order. Whilst we can not guarantee delivery times, your bed will usually be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks of order. Prices quoted generally include delivery to the British mainland. However certain areas, e.g. The Scottish highlands, offshore and abroad, will attract additional charges. We are happy to provide delivery quotations on request and in any case you will be advised of any such additional charges when you place your order. All deliveries are carried out by specialist furniture delivery companies, Insuring, that your Junamoon bed will arrive in pristine condition. Your bed will be assembled in your designated room and all packaging will be removed. We can not remove your old bed and mattress for health and safety reasons. You must ensure that there is free access to your designated room and make us aware of any parking or access restrictions when placing your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us in writing, within 14 days, stating your order reference, date of order and details of the items you are returning. We will only accept returns if the item is in the same condition it was delivered to you. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept return of any mattress that has been removed from the original packaging, you must test your mattress and satisfy yourself of its suitability, before it’s packaging is removed.
Please note, we will not accept return of goods specifically tailored to your requirements unless faulty.
